How to make Amla Juice at Home
Cut the gooseberry into small pieces, remove the seeds.

After this, put the extracted gooseberry juice along with the gooseberry pieces in the grinder and grind the gooseberry pieces. Instead of grinding pieces of dried gooseberries, they can be mixed easily with a little liquid. Mixing Amla juice with a little bit of pre-cooked it will make it quick and good.
Put the mixture of grounded gooseberry and juice into the cloth and after pressing it by hand, take out all the juice, keep the pulp in a pulp bowl.
Repeat this method for all the gooseberry pieces and take out the juice. About 600 -700 grams of juice comes out in one kilogram of gooseberry.
