- Use of Amla as a hair tonic:
- To use amla as a hair tonic, take two to three gooseberries and extract their juice.
- Apply Amla juice directly to your hair and massage it thoroughly on your scalp with the help of fingers.
- Leave this juice of amla in the hair for half an hour and then wash it with cold water.
- This process works as a hair tonic and also nourishes your hair and makes them stronger.
As a Hair wash:
- To use Amla as a hairwash, cut the gooseberry into small pieces.
- Put these chopped amla parts in boiling water to boil.
- After half an hour keep this water to cool.
- Wash your hair the next day with amla water.
- With this, you will get rid of hair fall problem.
Use of Amla as Hair Oil:
- Cut amla into small pieces and then keep them to dry for three to four days.
- After three to four days, mix dry pieces of Indian gooseberry with coconut ten.
- Apply this prepared oil to your hair scalp.
- Using this oil daily reduces hair fall.
Amla used with Shikhakai:
- Mix equal quantity of Shikhakai and Amla powder.
- After this, prepare a paste by adding water to it.
- Apply this paste to your hair.
- Leave this paste in the hair for 30 to 40 minutes.
- After this wash your hair with cold water.
- By applying this paste in hair, your hair gets nourishment, along with this the problem of hair also gets corrected and the hair becomes shiny.
Use of Amla with Mehndi Pack:
- Add henna powder and amla juice to a bowl.
- After this, prepare a paste on the mix.
- Apply this paste on the hair.
- After a few hours wash the hair with cold water.
