Calcium is an essential nutrient for strengthening our bones and teeth. In our body, 5% of the calcium is found in bones and teeth. Calcium is needed a lot if we want to strengthen our body. Calcium is important not only for our bones and teeth but also for the nervous system, heart and hair.
How do you know if your body is deficient in calcium: –
If there is a fever in our muscles without any type of fever, then it is a calcium deficiency. This is a symptom of illness, even if we get tired if we do a little work. Women who have low calcium nails turn yellow and their skin is dry. It also causes severe pain in the teeth.
What should be eaten to remove the calcium deficiency in our body: –
1) Cereals and pulses:
Cereals and different types of lentils eliminate the calcium deficiency in our body. Bread made from wheat, millet, ragi, soybeans and chickpeas flour increases the strength of the calcium deficiency.
2) Milk and its composition:
Women must drink 1 glass of milk a day. As well as milk products like yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, butter and cheese etc. are also very beneficial for women.
3) Green vegetables:
Green vegetables are most commonly found in winter. Fenugreek leaves, spinach, etc. are rich in calcium. Calcium is abundant in the summer from cucumber, cabbage, green coriander and fruit such as oranges, pineapple, bananas, kiwi, figs and dates.
4) Dried fruits:
Almonds, pistachios, walnuts, grapes are rich in calcium. Watermelon seeds also contain high amounts of calcium.
5) Sprouted pulses:
Sprouted pulses are rich in protein, carbohydrates, vitamin A and vitamin B only. That is why calcium is found in them. Apart from this, sitting in the morning for 5 to 7 calcium deficiency can be removed from our body.
